Leo J. Wolfe, Jr. – President, Project Manager/Estimator

LEO J. WOLFE, JR., President, Project Manager/Estimator completed the five year apprenticeship training program with Local #47 in September 1998.  Prior to entering the apprenticeship program, Mr. Wolfe had been employed by Reno Bros., for eight years.  He joined the Local #47 in 1990 as a metal tradesman, and is currently a plumber of Local 27 (after the consolidation of Local #47) His many years of service have given him a solid background in the Commercial and Industrial Plumbing, Piping and HVAC areas.  This knowledge and hands-on experience gives him the ability to serve our customers in an outstanding, competitive manner.

Having been in the mechanical contracting field for over 20 years and an active member of Local, #27. Mr. Wolfe continues to further his professional education by attending seminars offered by the Mechanical Contractors Association and also the Mechanical  and Electrical Council.

LuAnn Guzzetti – Office Manager, Safety Director

LuAnn Guzzetti – Office Manager/Safety Director, joined Reno Bros., Inc in 1998 as the front receptionist.  During her employment she has taken over the responsibilities of Office Manager/Safety Director.  Her duties include but are not limited to Human Resource Development, overseeing the Safety Program of the company, attending continuous training for administrative and safety development, along with coordinating the training for the Union employees.  

Also included in her list of tasks performed are processing accounts payable and accounts receivable for construction and service, preparing all contracts, bid documents and bonding information.

 

Eric Lemasters - General Manager Service Department 

 

ERIC LEMASTERS came to Reno Bros., Inc. with an impressive professional background.  After graduating from New Castle School of Trades with an Associate's degree in HVAC-R, Eric was hired in 2005.  He went through the 5 year Apprenticeship as a Mechanical Equipment Service Technician with Local Union #47 and competed in the PA pipe trades apprenticeship competition as the top MES apprentice for Local #47.
Eric is now a member of Local 449 Steamfitters of Western Pennsylvania since #449 took over #47.

Eric's  technical understanding and expertise in commercial refrigeration, building and system controls, Commercial/Indusrtrial air conditioners, chillers and steam/hot water systems has enabled him to advance from Lead Service Technician to his current position of General Manager.  Eric has also been a long time member of the company's safety committee.

Eric has continued his professional education and certifications include Boiler & Power Burner Training, Carrier BACnet Expert I.S. Certified, Advanced VVT training, Carrier CCN Training/Annual updates and numerous others.

With Eric's background, his extensive field experience is put to the test routinely as he not only schedules/project manages Control/Design Build Projects and technicians but also diagnoses their questions and/or problems and furnishes solutions.  Along with all that, he also designs customized temperature control systems to meet our customer needs.

 

Michael Colalella – General Manager, Temperature Controls Estimator

MICHAEL COLALELLA, General Manager – Service Department, comes to Reno Bros., Inc. with an impressive professional background.  After graduating from Beaver County Vo-Tech with a concentration in Plumbing and Heating Applications and the Technician Training School for HVAC, Michael worked with Johnson Controls and several mechanical contractors before joining Reno Bros., Inc. in 1986.

Mr. Colalella is a member of Local #449 and his technical understanding and expertise in commercial refrigeration, building and system controls, Commercial/Industrial air conditioners, chillers, and steam/hot water systems has enabled him to advance from Service Technician to his current position of General Manager, Temperature Controls/Design Build Estimator.

Jack Gall – Project Manager/Estimator

JACK GALL, Project Manager, has been in the HVAC and Plumbing industry since 1978.  Jack graduated in 1978 from Lawrence County Vo-Tech with mechanical influence and immediately began working in the HVAC industry. He joined the Reno Bros., Inc. staff in July of 2006.

Mr. Gall has coordinated multiple prime projects for both HVAC and Plumbing for health care, institutional and industrial facilities.

His interaction with Architects and Mechanical Engineers has broadened his ability to provide design build and value engineering concepts for both developers and private projects.  Working closely with design professionals in the health care industry has provided Jack with the insight to apply all of his ideas and coordination techniques into all projects regardless of there size or application.

Understanding the needs and having the ability to offer the customer economical and technical alternatives for HVAC and Plumbing systems are Mr. Gall’s objective.  Mr. Gall continues to attend seminars and classes provided by our various suppliers and learning institutions to keep up with the latest technology in the HVAC and Plumbing industry.

Don Morgan – Project Manager/Estimator

DON MORGAN joined Reno Bros., Inc. in 1989 and became a member of Local #449 (formally Local 47), Plumbers and Steamfitters Northwestern Pennsylvania and has been a dedicated member since 1990. Don began his career in 1979 working with a site utility contractor as an equipment operator and installer.

Mr. Morgan has worked in the field as a Journeymen Plumber and Pipefitter Foreman for 28 years. He has brought many projects out of the ground to finish completions along with renovating and redesigning of existing plumbing systems and problem solving on the service side of plumbing. Don has worked closely with Architects and Engineers on numerous projects over the years.

Throughout the years, he has held a plumbing license, D.O.T. Gas Certification, Back-flow Certification and Fusion Weld Certificate.

Current Certifications include OSHA 10 and 30, Medical Gas, I.C.R.A. Certification, Trench Shoring Certificate.

Mr. Morgan holds a Pipefitters/Steamfitters card to date. As a member of Local # 449 (after consolidation of Local 47) has completed many Pipefitting welding projects as a working Forman. Overseeing, coordinating and specializing in Medical Gas, Boilers, Hydronics, Cooling Tower Piping, Child Water Piping, Gas Lines, Compressor and Air Piping, Hydraulic and Refrigerant Piping.

Donnie Short - Project Manager 

DONNIE SHORT, Project Manager, started his career in 2008 working for Reno Bros., Inc. as the Warehouse Manager overseeing deliveries and product distribution to various job sites

In 2010, he began the five-year Apprenticeship program for the Local 47, which consolidated into Pittsburgh Plumbers Local 27.

After graduating from the apprenticeship, Donnie worked in the field as a Plumber before moving into the position of Project Manager.  His certifications include Pittsburgh Plumbers License, backflow testing, medical gas, welding, gas line installation, fusion, Osha 10 and rigging.

Mr. Short continues to learn all the state of the art improvements to fulfill the bidding requirements for the plumbing industry.
